General: All products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Defective products will be repaired or replaced (at seller's
discretion) without charge. All claims and rejection of product must be made within 15 days of receipt.
Returns: No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Authorized returns that are the result of the sellers fault will be credited in full.
All other returns will be subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the product cost. Freight in and out will be the responsibility of the buyer. These returns are limited to
"standard products" only. Under no circumstances are custom products to be returned (if not the sellers fault). Standard products are defined by each of the product lines;
this information can be obtained by phone request.
Freight: Shipments are F.O.B. plant, freight collect. If UPS, prepaid for freight and handling. You may specify a carrier at the time of order
otherwise we will choose the best available. Claims for damage incurred during transportation are the responsibility of the consignee.
Process Time: Actual shipping dates may vary from those anticipated at the time of order sue to process breakdowns, product mix, seasonal
variances, etc. We use our best judgment but cannot guarantee or be held responsible if those dates are not met. If decoration is involved, the order is not scheduled until
artwork is received with clear instructions.
Ordering: Non-standard and custom decorated products will be shipped and billed at a 10% over and under basis, unless other arrangements are
agreed upon at time of order. Zero overs must accept 10% unders or exact count can be arranged on a special quote basis. Standard products will be billed and shipped as
ordered.
Decoration: Decoration via foil stamping, silk screen and / or appliqué must be accompanied by camera ready art, color separated, sized and
positioned as it would appear on the final product. Any artwork initiated or redone will be billed at cost.
Cancellation: Orders placed and those that are in process will be subject to charges incurred prior to the receipt of the written cancellation
notice.
